Stellaris was founded in 2019 in Mumbai's Bandra West by Chef Rohan Verma — a decade-long veteran of acclaimed kitchens in Paris, London and Tokyo. His vision was simple but demanding: build the restaurant that does not yet exist in India.
From the hand-blown glassware to the bespoke playlist that evolves by the hour, every element of Stellaris was chosen to create a mood that is both intimate and electric — a place where a two-hour dinner quietly becomes four.
Today, Stellaris holds 28 industry awards and is consistently rated the finest dining destination in Mumbai. But the team's ambition remains unchanged: to make your next visit better than your last.
